Still violence.....................

@JC_WT Yep probably but still doesn't mame in legal or not violence.

Unusually I agree with you on this one.

Much as most will agree with these actions it won't change the fact that this guy will likely be in a lot of trouble very soon.
2
@Celtictribes Not legal as this guy will likely find out. You can think what you like about it and justify it to yourself but it looked like assault to me. I don't agree with them blocking roads or inconveniencing people and I understand the frustration but that doesn't change the fact that he did the wrong thing legally as well. We shall see in due course as always.

@thepcal9654 Stick whatever label and justification you want on it cos it won't change the outcome............

@jimandgailgee3450 Unless you have a life threatening issue and need to get somewhere how is it self preservation? You guys really do love clutching at those straws don't you?
1
@jimandgailgee3450 Not know what exactly? It's assault pure and simple and I suspect the guy will be charged with that. They were blocking the road not breaking into his house.
1
@jimandgailgee3450 Why are you making up bs scenarios to try and justify your views? The first example is just completely stoopid as they're totally different scenarios and the second makes no sense. I've been made redundant from a job a couple of times now and because "I have a pair" and made smart decisions I can pay all our bills and no longer have to work. They were sitting on the road and even though I sympathise with the emotions in the eyes of the law it will likely result in issues for the guy. Anyway it isn't my issue so have a great day eh?

@PictureHouseCinema Another one who is completely missing the point. Go and talk to a lawyer or Police officer to find out what the reality of hitting someone else in this situation is. What you think/feel is completely irrelevant.
1
@honkbob Another one missing the point.
1
@honkbob I've said similar things myself but you're missing that point again eh? Your thoughts and opinions on the matter don't change the legal ramifications of assaulting someone because you don't like/agree with what they're doing.
1
@honkbob Grow up dude. Our family is doing very very well off the back of decisions I have made through life and the outcomes I've achieved. Likely better than yourself. You giving them a label to try and justify your position is rather silly really. Instead of rubbing your boy bits and pretending that's what it's about look at what the law says eh? To make it simple for you.....I agree that people get frustrated and this stuff will happen, and maybe worse, for that reason but that doesn't make it legal or mean that people are going to get away with it imo. You're welcome.
1
@esense9602 Yep and I've already said that before. That doesn't mean that what I did would be legal or that I wouldn't get in trouble later for it. No way I would do it for work though......... You guys sure do love missing the point don't you?
