@jimmycook872 Family very involved in real estate including developments, sales and rentals. Do you own real estate or are you hiding out in the bush somewhere being all "self sufficient" whilst being the resident bear poster on every story on here? Pretty obvious how real estate is tracking atm and how it continues is anyone's guess.

I know some folks who have just spent enough on a couple of properties in the last couple of months that would make your, and my, head spin. They ain't stopping yet either.

@jimmycook872 Dude I spoke to family a week or so ago and they were telling me how much a week their rentals go for, in a reasonably nice area, and how many people were lined up to take anything that became available. The numbers surprised me even though I watch this stuff. What exactly are you going on? "He who laughs last thinks slowest."😁😁
