  2. I don't want to sound like a dick here, but I've worked in the business and I currently host a radio show. Very rarely do talk shows pay their guests, as the guest is usually on to promote something; a book, movie, themselves. So it's seen as mutually beneficial.   5. Her dad died of lung cancer during the financial crisis in 2008. She then had to take on 3 jobs to save their place along with the entire family that had to come together to save for her to continue going to school. Don't blindly believe what you're told by people trying to misinform you. Then again, looking at your profile image and name you're clearly a young kid, so you'll learn eventually.
