For communal divide their "green book" is sufficient. British didn't need to do anything. There is no Dutch Swayam Sevak Sangh in Netherlands, no British Swayam Sevak Sangh in UK, no Danish Swayam Sevak Sangh in Denmark, no Deutsche Swayam Sevak Sangh in Germany, no Swedish Swayam Sevak Sangh in Sweden etc etc. And all those countries are besot with the same "green" problem that we have.
