  1. Every Hindu anywhere in the world must have the right to seek citizenship, or at least a residential status (minus voting right) in India. Every M must have the right to seek citizenship in Pakistan and Bangladesh. India MUST have the right to "deport" any M who says he a "M first and Indian next" OR "M is part of larger global ummah" OR "M advocates for gazwa-e-hind" to Pakistan.
