H/M issues exist because both the religions are in compatible. The foundation of one religion is in destroying idols and the other is in worshiping idols. Two nation theory was right. This division exists because of historical reasons. BJP has nothing to do with it. If not BJP, there will be some other party that will give voice to the divisions that exist in society. The fault lines are very fundamental - it goes to the very foundations of "both the societies". I hope I was able to clarify. Cheers and best wishes!
