There hasn't been any cuts in federal spending - these guys are quaking in their boots about the possibility of small cuts in spending. Ryan's plan cuts peanuts. The only serious cuts proposed came from Rand Paul, and that won't go anywhere. The middle class wasn't built from a big nanny state - it was built with a relatively free market economy.

@greatbroad Corporations never pay anything, no matter what the tax system is - neither do small businesses. You don't listen. We the people pay all the taxes. Raise the tax on corporation and small businesses? Price increases. You pay. Increasing taxes will only increase your burden - the only solution is less government spending. That includes less war and less military.
