How many 'blue on green' attacks were there in Afghanistan? Hundreds, thousands. Do we just bring them all here including those who would have carried out a 'blue on green' attack in the near future?

ATT PAUL MURRAY: Why not interview the family of this soldier: Robert Hugh Frederick Poate, 23, a private from 6 RAR serving with the 3 RAR Task Group was shot and killed by a member of the Afghan National Army on 30 August 2012.

@Emmily : We are trying to help them. We are not refusing to help, that is a lie. Would you be one of the first to scream blue murder if one of them carries out an attack here in Australia?

@emmilym1666 : Do you ignore the news? Some did turn on our troops. One of many reported on the ABC: "Defence has confirmed that three Australian soldiers have been killed by a man in an Afghan army uniform in another 'green on blue' attack at a base in the south of the country." Of course it was covered in all the media and on the TV news. Did you miss all those attacks too? Stringent vetting is required as these Taliban terrorist insurgents are trained to deceive and use and abuse 'woke' Marxist attitudes like racism, etc.

@emmilym1666 : Three killed, not one. There are many others, how many do you want ? There are hundreds to chose from, do a search. [ There were also many attacks that failed. Go to an Anzac Day event and make the effort to find and talk to veterans. You'll learn a lot. ]

@emmilym1666 : Chris should interview some of the dozens families of the soldiers killed by Afghan troops. Ask them. Ask the families of: Ashley Birt, 22, a corporal serving as a Geospatial Technician in the 6th Engineer Support Regiment. Birt was shot and killed by a member of the Afghan National Army on 29 October 2011. There are many more killed and a lot more attacks that failed thanks to quick responses of our soldiers.
1
@emmilym1666 : No, hundreds of perpetrators. Are you being deliberately obtuse ?
1
@Michael... : We are not. We are bring those who are cleared through the checking system as required.
1
@Jonno : He was on Sky recently talking about this.
