  5. There are two Virginia's definitely available. Australia needs to secure those two "now". There is possibly another two that are planned but not committed so they should be asked about. That gives us a training and defence capability while we build the manufacturing facility to build the next four boats. Also the Astute is a blue water sub leaving us with the need to maintain a coastal submarine like the Collins Class.
