So many questions about what you learned at SpaceX - this is info they openly shared, right? Simple one first: Are the landing legs held in place by a clamp (magnets?) and then swing down from gravity alone when released? And do the legs passively telescope to absorb the landing force. It looks like the bottom half is tapered slightly differently from the top half, and will be passively forced into it. What change did they make to the header tank after SN8?

@MunroLive Ah, I thought it was too good to be true. I'm glad to know you have that good relationship with SpaceX, though. There are fans of SpaceX on reddit and multiple YT channels that would give anything to have gotten the tour you did, me included. So many burning questions. Sandy's description of the production meeting is priceless. Confirms many things we've heard about Elon's expertise in so many areas to that depth of detail.

He has mentioned how the double pane windows reduce road noise. Don't know the overall noise impression, though.

Just to make sure - the 2 hour design review you stayed for was about the SpaceX Starship, right? Or was it about Teslas - Elon is capable of flying engineers from Fremont to Texas for a meeting, that's how he thinks. A design review of Starship - I'd pass out from excitement.
