@j377yb33n Gaza has been under complete Palestinian control since 1972. Until Gazans began their war with Israel there was free travel for Gazans into Israel, where many worked. Don't blame this on Israel.

@j377yb33n Gaza's continual attacks on Israel may have something to do with the sea blockade. Even Egypt fears Gazans as a potential destabalizing force. Between 1949 and 1967 the Gaza strip was under Egyptian control. Movement into Egypt was restricted and Gazans were therefore unable to work outside Gaza. Egypt is currently refusing to allow Gazans in. It would be interesting to discover how many of those now criticizing Israel were equally vocal in criticizing Egypt when it controled the strip or how many criticize its current anti-refugee policy.
