  1. They are targeted at the big tech companies located in G7 countries who does not pay taxes. . There are nothing to do with China. The Chinese has their own tax system.

  2.  @OptLab  True, the US consumers are already paying higher prices for Chinese products. THE tarrif is transferred to the selling price. The selling price from China to US remain the same. But the end consumer is paying more because of the US Tariff.
