He did a video on this about a month ago: "Toyota EGR Diagnosis Tips and Repair Tips" https://youtu.be/lFVNaDJ6HOI I have a 2014 Prius and this cleared up a lot of the EGR rumors I had been hearing. I am dedicated to using Top Tier gasoline brands in my Prius cars because of my experiences with less sensitive cars. I don't know if the throttle body cares a lot but in my experience fuel injectors in almost all cars do. Then there is the matter of carboning valves.... The owner's manual says, "Toyota strongly recommends the use of Top Tier Detergent Gasoline. For more information on Top Tier Detergent Gasoline and a list of marketers, please go to the official website www.toptiergas.com."

@TheCarCareNut I agree 100%. Vibration that is throttle sensitive and speed sensitive is so often a bad CV joint that I've decided to replace both axles if they are more than 6-8 years old just on suspicion. The axles are not likely to last the full life of the car, so I figure replacing them when they are under suspicion isn't costing me any extra. EDIT - my daughter recently bought a Honda that shook badly under acceleration around 30-45 mph. We found one of the inner CV joints had been overextended when the brakes were done, and nothing we could do while it was on the car would reseat it. New axles in the 8 year old car were just what it needed.
