@10:35 Rajeev is wrong here. The separation of church and state was not created to stop interference of Church on state, but the other way. Secularism was created so that state doesn't influence the church. Rajeev should have known about it. Also, how can Rajeev explain the creation of All India Muslim personal law board (AIMPLB) by Indira Gandhi in 1973. If state cannot interfere in religion, then why did Indira Gandhi government facilitate in the creation of AIMPLB?

@29:00 Can Rajeev explain what has been lacking in India institutions that STEM students have gone abroad for higher studies? One the one hand, we liberalized India in 1990 so that foreign investments can come in, and now, on the other hand, why should we keep our education sector closed? Doesn't make sense to me.

@agnescraig2912 so does all minority religions in India even now. The Waqf board is the largest non-profit land owner in India. It looks like in India only the Hindu religion is separated from state, other religions still have a bonhomie with the state.
