Campos is talking like an idiot. Why is this idiot blaming India for not having peace with China or Pak. Isn't it the neighbors responsibility to have peace with India. As an armed forces professional, he shpuld not take political side. Also, where does he think money for pension comes from. Whether or not you keep pension separate from the military budget, ultimately tax payers have to pay for it.
