  1. SG failed to mention that the biggest different before and after 2014 is that more militants and less army personnel are being killed now than before. There is data on that. But this kind of targeted killing requires a different strategy. The resident KPs think that they were better off before than now, but that would be very selfish of them. Imagine if a rape victim goes and marries the rapist and pretends everything is hunky dory. That is what is happening. I am sure Modi govt. is thinking of coming with solution. India can collaborate with Israel and see what they can do about it.
