@offred6013 if pyaaj price goes up then farmers enjoy but non farmers suffer. It is vice versa when grain and vegetable prices go down. There is win win situation. Also, during Modi-I, the inflation did not go above 2.5%, the best it has been historically for India. Also, now the inflation is much lower than at the end of UPA-I (15.7%) and at the end of UPA-II (9.5%). So not sure what you are complaining about?

How many countries were worse than us during 2013 taper tantrum? I am sure, if you count, fewer countries back then. This is a natural progress. As long as crude is traded in dollars, USD will always be stromger than other countries.
