  1. Congress after coming to power in Himachal raised petrol by 3 INR. congress can not do magic. If it has to fulfill the freebies promised to Karnataka, it has to raise money for that through some means. Let's see what it can do. Karnataka's economy was doing great under Bommai. Now, all that would come down falling.
