Har har Modi, Ghar ghar Modi. Glad to be living during his leadership of India.

@PK-tt5kk Ends justify the means. If development is happening, I don't mind politically gimmickery.

@victor256in You nailed it about the mann ki baat and Roosevelt's fireside chat. BINGO!!

Will Muashami cover the dilapidated condition of her home state of WB? Maybe she didn't grow up there, but she has roots in it. It would behoove print to mention how vacuous Mamata's tenure has been in industrial and infrastructure development in WB. Point is that Kolkata looks like a dump, traffic is so horrible. I wanted to meet my friend in Midnapore/Kharagpur (IIT), and he suggested that I meet him in Kolkata. Poor chap called it off as the traffic into the city was unbearable. Whereas the highway is good, the city planning is insufferable.

@user-ul1zz4cw2b I am sure we will be breathing the same quality of air when no infra developments took place. Air pollution while an existential problem doesn't need to be conflated with infra development. That's all I am saying.

Still you guys vote DMK/AIADMK. Shame on you. Vote for lotus. bring a change in rotting TN

@surajsajeev1988 Yeah, Aftab poonawala lived peacefully with Shradda Walker😁🤣😂. An example for interfaith live-in relationships. There are numerous bollywood couples from Hindu and Muslim communities.

@24:07 Chidambaram promised highways😆😁
11
@Bruh-og8rb But what if the local parties are blocking the development projects in the state funded by the Central government. If DMK/AIADMK is never going to come to power in center, then why fancy voting them at all. What is wrong with Annamalai?

@PK-tt5kk If Modi is needed to build hard infrastructure and also soft infrastructure, what have previous governments done in India? Have they done anything that we think is sufficient? If not, let's wait for Modi to finish hard infra development, vote him again to power to upgrade the soft infra. Isn't it?

@24:01 Mulayam and his son starting a project and not able to complete in 5 years is shame in itself. We don't need to blame politics for that.

@12:18 Why does Man Mohan Singh look lost all the time? There is no photo of MMS, where he looks engaged. Everyway I look at him, he looks like my beloved Hind cartoon character Shri Chacha Chaudhary. He indeed is an accidental PM. No conviction, no self belief, basically a marionette in the hand of the Sonia and her family.

@gkintl TN is probably the only state i know where the government takes money from the Hundi temple donation box. Almost all temples are dilapidated. How does the state government have any right on religious properties? And this treatment is done only to Hindu places of worship. Churches and mosques are exempt from this discriminatory treatment. Secularism, which demands separation of state and religion, is openly violated in TN.

@tarunkadian2 A man who was silent all along when the economic crisis was going on. Yes, please check MMS was the finance secretary in the Rajiv Gandhi government from 1984-1989. Either MMS was sleeping when India was slipping into abyss or he is always unware of it. Btw, MMS did not move us out of economic crisis, it was IMF that has laid out the plan to restructure the Indian debt condition. He only implemented that. He is not a thinker or planner, only a text book economist. He doesn't deserve to be a PM of 1.3 billion people without having people's mandate. He was a two terms Rajya Sabha MP. He failed us in many ways. But India likes to hug secularism tightly for one reason or another and turn the other way from existential problems.

@parth6115 as long as Congress exists?🤣🤣😆

@cnvramamoorthy8358 why government taking Hundi money from only Hindu temple but not churches and mosques?
3
@gkintl i raised a rhetorical point before. I know they are not comparable. Enough said... Look forward for a refreshing change in TN politics.

@gkintl the worst part is Chennai residents still need tanker water. They don't have proper water supply. So much GDP, development, and Periyaar's ideology.
2
@Jahapanah-e-hindustan bingo!

@indradebpal9067 shahbash mere cheeteh
2
@gkintl In the end, you comfirmed that hating a tiny Brahmin community (minority) is OK in TN, but doing similar to Muslims a bigger minority is not. That is sad state of affairs as far as harmony is considered in India.

Bengalis are a curious bunch of people. Whoever, can fund their pujo pandal during Durgashtami would get their votes? The only thing i found lacking in Bengalis is the will for enterprise building. This was ingrained during CPI rule and quite emboldened to this day. Bengalis are happy with past glories and conmections with British empire and its legacy. This has to change.

@tarunkadian2 One cannot take credit for pulling India out of a mess after yourself creating that mess.
2
@tarunkadian2 India's import deficit in 2004 was 1.5 Billion USD and when UPA ended tenure, it grew to 36 Billion USD. A whopping 30x increase in trade deficit. To pull people out of poverty, he gave all of India's wealth to China. People are worried that the deficit now with China is 72 Billion USD, just a 2x increase, and they have amnesia about how terrible UPA government was. UPA government is what is called in vernacular as, "chalti ka naam gaadi." Don't steer as long as it is moving. He is the most ineffective, powerless, thoughtless human being known to me.
2
Actually, I want to add to it. Some would argue that we need to see how much Chinese imports helped in India growing. India's GDP in 2004 was roughly around 800 Billion USD, in 2014 it was around 2.1 trillion, a gain of 62.5%. But... the Chinese imports went up from 2004-2014 at about 2300%, which means China benefited from India 36x compared to India benefitting from China. Now calculate the same in the Modi government. GDP now is around 3.16 trillion dollar and increase of 50.47%, whereas the Chinese import grew from 36 billion USD (2014) to now about 72 billion USD at 100%. That is in Modi's tenure China benefitted from India only 2x more than India benefitted in growing itself. So, under Modi government India is less reliant on China. Do the math guys....

@offred6013 What has Modi to do with climate change? You think he is solely powerful in changing the climate. Sober up.
1
Then why talk about climate change in this video. Just think..
1
@gkintl so how are TN people different than BJP followers? Both seem to hate some minority section of the society.
1
@gkintl TN politics is not about caste, but also misogyny. Look at how many women are there in DMK cabinet. Look at the shameless dynasty politics. Openly bringing up Udayanidi Stalin, as if DMK leadership is his birth right. Anyways, i went to Chennai just before COVID, and i could not take the traffic and haphazardnous near Anna nagar. Chennai is struggling with laying roads even to this day.

@motei1853 F@cking troll. Get the hell out of here. Don't have the guts to keep your real name.
