Still waiting since 1964 to have my adoption nullified, and take back my legal birth certificate. And not have that authority or custody be given back to my biological relatives or their relatives. As a child I was legally removed from one group of abusive and dysfunctional group of people. And placed into another group of dysfunctional and abusive group of people. I am in need of a lawyer to represent me. I am okay with going to the United States Supreme Court. This is as important as: Brown vs The Board of Education. There should have been federal legislation written centuries ago; that allowed adopted people to have their adoption nullified. There should have been legislation in the United States Constitution or in the Bill of Rights or in the Ammendments; that allows adopted people to have their adoption nullified. Regardless of their age. Several law enforcements, the AG of California and the ACLU are a few organizations that have been informed. Why doesn't my birth certificate have the word: Adopted? This should be mandatory of all adopted people. The United States government and judiciary system failed to inform adopted people; upon being adopted their legal problems would begin. Having an adoption nullified would be similar to divorce laws. Stating abuse, rape and incest. Stating ereconsiable differences and conflict of interests.

Are you saying that only heterosexual people are capable of reading and/or tutoring children and/or teaching people of all ages and genders?

Separation of church and state.

@Skellli No one told me in 1964; that I'd be requiring a civil rights lawyer, competent to go before the United States Supreme Court.

@Skellli Needed Federal Legislation. Adoption Nullification Act: Allowing adopted people to have their adoption nullified. Regardless of their age. __ This would be an Ammendment to the Emancipation Proclamation.

@littlerayofsunshine69 You consider people "property." That when someone is adopted; the people who adopted them "own" them. Considering that the person might not have had any say as to who adopts them. Being adopted can be a form of slavery/indentured servitude. You assume that the person(s) who adopted the person is going to be a qualified parent. You might also assume that because a person(s) who adopts someone is wealthy; that they will not harm said adopted person.
1
@littlerayofsunshine69 Being adopted is a form of a forced relationship, and the person being adopted forfeits their rights to leave, if they are harmed.

@littlerayofsunshine69 People are allowed to get married and divorced. People are allowed to become a citizen and give up their citizenship. People are allowed to disown a person(s). ___ Thus, I am allowed to be emancipated.

@littlerayofsunshine69 You seem upset that you weren't adopted, abused and repeatedly raped as a child.
1
@littlerayofsunshine69 You seem upset that I am confident about going to the United States Supreme Court, and explaining to the United States Supreme Court; that there should be legislation that allows adopted people to have their adoption nullified. And, to be allowed to have their adoption nullified in the state they reside, and not have to seek a lawyer in another state.

@littlerayofsunshine69 No doubt, you would own slaves, if slavery was allowed.

Need Federal Legislation. Federal Embezlement Legislation: Because those that commit embezlement, know that the victim(s) might not be capable of affording a lawyer(s). Thus, could do permanent emotional, mental, physical and financial hardship to said victim(s). And the law enforcement is not required to investigate embezlement violations. __ People who commit embezlement and/or commit other crimes against someone....and then stating that they are allowed to commit such crimes, because they are related to them (including only by paperwork). ETC....
