Service platform. Oh god. This system provides great opportunities, but it is so prone to abuse... The possibility for positive outcomes is inversely proportional to the providers interest in money.

I Dislike the new Youtube One doesn't necessarily exclude the other.

Who are we, the Cravers?

blurglide The most comfortable way is to keep the population steady (we're on the right track) and drastically improve recycling. Most important are phosphorus, metals in electronics and helium. It doesn't matter whether there are 5 or 8 billion people on the planet, as long as we put our limited resources into a landfill. Or the seas. Both end to be graves for resources. Carbon doesn't have to be recycled. You don't have to recycle something that is practically limitless available. For the same reason we don't have to recycle oxygen, hydrogen or nitrogen.

GuyWithAnAmazingHat You get 330% return for investments in space exploration? Where does the money come from?? Did I miss the fact that we transport large amounts of goods from space on our planet? blurglide Helium isn't hard to recycle, if it's use is correctly integrated into the process. Currently we use it in large amounts to cool down superconductors in medical NMR tomographs, where they DON'T recycle it. They treat it like nitrogen instead of the cooling gas inside your fridge. Until we finally finished building ITER (I guess it's the Duke Nukem Forever joke for physicists...) we might depleted our main reserves...
