  1. How on earth are you going to get enough grip on the trigger bar to do that? I am sure someone determined enough might be able to make that happen on single action, but it would not be an accident.   _ design flaw alert_ if you grab your trigger bar with needle nose vise grips, clamp them down and push forward, you can get an M9 to fire without pulling the trigger. Recall them all!
