  1. he is partially right, in the sense that forced diversity alienates the playerbase because its not actual diversity, its rebranded tokenism, where you have shallow uninteresting boring characters whose only quality is their skin color, interpersonal preference and gender. so we get weak and mediocre stories because people are too afraid to make these characters not look like perfect golden gods at every turn. though you are right in the fact, we as consumers have no requirement or responsibility give two jacks about a gaming companies working conditions or the personal opinions of game developers.
