  2. which is why I dont buy these excuses, you dont have to completely scrap shit and start over, you can tweak and change things to be less ball busting. they deliberately wait until late expansion to lessen the noose around your neck and its not the 'production pipeline' that prevents them. its a conscious decision by the blizzard and wow higher ups to increase 'engagement'.
