  1. Of the states on this list, I am most intrigued by MN, WI, IA, and NE. I used to live in OH (suburbs of Dayton), and while I sometimes miss it there, I would look at the Columbus area if I moved back there. NH and VA are great places, but pricey. I like MI except for Detroit and Flint. Best Presidents from before I was born: FDR and “Ike”.

  3.  @michaelcristiano7501  - The new National Motto of the USA should be “One nation, many armpits.” Not exactly a source of national pride if you ask me. Been to Michigan many times, as I have relatives there. There are worse places. My biggest concern would be their winters, but they are only a little colder than what I’m used to.

  7. Detroit and Flint are not the best places, but the rest of the state seems alright. I haven’t been there in a few years, but I’d consider moving there.
