  2.  @MsTAMILIAN  ok I worded that badly but the deal is the reason why the Americans are putting all these regulations on how the equipment can be used, is because they want the war last as long as possible. Now sure some NATO equipment is being donated but the Americans are making billions and billions of dollars out of this war like they do out of every other war , which is why there's always an American commenting on this. A lot of people don't know that World War I was started by the American supplying the enemy with all the equipment
