Also, if you're one of those guys who's having a hard time, don't be a b$+×h, you can tell your guy friends that you're not ok, they care and that's why they are there and if they don't then there are better friends out there. They won't coddle you, but they do care and will be there. Maybe you just need a poker night or going up to the mountains to hike/camp or shoot guns.
