I like being informed and educated. Can you tell me which laws were violated so I can go read them?

Did Musk Ban Kanye West from Twitter again?

Uh, you watched Laura didn't you? You HAVE seen big media spin on this story.

@phillygirl52jax44 Oh, I didn't notice your screen name earlier. Sigh. I can't help you comprehend, so peace ooottttt!
4
Really? Didn't Musk just ban Kanye West from Twitter again?

@jayantharaj6121 Can a person with a PhD be a fool?
2
When it costs a fool 44b, sure.

@blintzkreig1638 You really should read the 1st Amendment to the US Constitution. It's very short: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." Did you see the words "Congress shall make no law"? Do you understand that Twitter is not "Congress"? Nor is the FBI, Facebook, YouTube, or Instagram. Are you making assumptions beyond what the Constitution says?

@blintzkreig1638 It would also be easy for you to understand Lesco’s comment if you read it. That’s what I responded to. He said law books. Can you read?
1
@Forcix looks like somebody is cruising for a lesson in free speech and private companies.
1
@Forcix So, you can't cite law or the constitution? My prior comments should have no effect on you being capable of typing what you are referring to and pressing "reply". If you feel trapped by my prior comments, that's on you. When someone asks which law to read, isn't is clear that they don't know what law is being cited? Are you implying that I already looked but did not find a law to support the claim I am questioning?
1
@dinarap6610 "I am also against suppressing any speech..." So MSNBC and CNN have your support? Does "mainstream media" have your approval?
1
@dinarap6610 not big on the law, but you joined a conversation about the law? You clearly have an interest in things governed by laws, but that interest does not extend to laws? I also get the impression that you feel that you’re living in a society where people lie, and some lies should be illegal yet you have no interest in the law?
1
@Forcix Another threat?
1
Hell, I can't keep up with these schizoids anymore. They change conspiracy theories like I change underwear.
1
Didn't Musk just ban Kanye West from Twitter again because he didn't like what Ye said? Please explain how that's "Free Speech".
1
@lescobrandon8045 Rather than traveling, why don’t you pull out that law book and tell which law you want me to learn about? Type it out like this “18 U.S. Code § 2383” and press “send”. I can’t hurt you through the internet, so why not reference the relevant law?
1
@Forcix Hostility towards someone who wants to understand? Why not reference a law I can read? It’s as easy as typing “18 U.S. Code § 2383” or whatever. Why not just tell people what law to read?
1
@snoopygirl7741 Agreed. So can a person with a lot of money also be a fool?
1
Well, that's going to be a problem. See, the Secret Service deleted their communications on the day of the insurrection. They got away with it by calling it "a scheduled equipment upgrade". Since they got away with it, now all the Dems can do it too. Forget about getting your hands on anything. All we have to do now that the Republicans have set the precedent is to say "Oh, well everything is deleted forever. We upgraded our devices."
1
Eating a lot of prunes will also help "push this out".
1
Is it true? Did Musk ban Kanye West from Twitter again?
1
Trump hired a bunch of idiots and crooks. Did you not realize that until now?
1
Idiot.
1
Installed by the voters? Is that what you mean?
