That's in process of correcting. Massive tax increases on the wealthy and large coorporations has been signed into law. It will take years to see the benefits, but it is already in place. No tax rate increase on middle and lower income Americans. So long as the Republicans don't change it the next time they are in power.

And while I am at it, you know that Russian invasion of Ukraine? It is having a dramatic effect on energy prices AROUND THE WORLD. Likewise, the Saudi government who invested $2,000,000,000 with the Trump family? They are mad Trump is being investigated for espionage, and they just reduced production. Russia and Saudi Arabia are driving this world wide energy crisis. And the sleepy Joe administration is trying to get us to switch from fossil fuel (dependent on Arabs and Russia) to energy sources we can control, while simultaneously reducing carbon emissions. Act like an American, and support America's drive to be insulated from those nations and their anti-American policies. Or you can strap on your knee pads and suck the oil from the Arab countries pipelines.

And FDT for causing this disaster. So incompetent was his pandemic response, the USA economy ground to a hault during the pandemic. Then Trump ran up SEVEN TRILLION DOLLARS of deficit spending, sending checks with his name on them to people as they sat a home doing nothing. I don't care if you like Biden or not, but you should HATE Trump for what he did to our standard of living.
