@ SUB. WAY. Do you live in a subway? Try again.

??? They do. Name a state where a homeowner can't shoot someone breaking into their home. Or better yet, can anyone here name a state where you can't use Dedly force against someone who has broken into your home? Anyone?

@ Read it again. See the words “reasonable fear”? Or if reading isn’t your thing, go try it. Prove your claim. I’ll send flowers. 🌺

@HarrisonCountyStudio Maryland law says deadly force can be used. Tell us another one.

@plasma580 Funny how my posts keep being deleted. California has "Castle Doctrine". Try again.

@ I would say any time you shoot someone, you are going to be investigated. That’s a fact, and it is unavoidable. As it should be. In this example -as well as in your comment, the scenario we are debating would be a potential state crime not a federal crime. So you are correct when you mention states. State prosecutors and local prosecutors are holding public office, which is elected. They inherently do not want to take on cases They are likely to lose. Therefore our system is set up in a way that makes it unlikely to be prosecuted in this situation unless there is strong evidence that what you did is wrong. And that is the crux of what I am debating. It is not inherently a crime to use lethal force when defending your home / family from someone who has broken into it. These people who keep saying it is are at best ignorant, and at worst they are lying agitators. Hellbent on sowing fear and anger in our nation.

@ I notice you didn’t bother to even look it up. Going in alphabetical order, California has Castle doctrine. It expressly says that a person may use deadly force if they fear serious bodily harm or death from an intruder in their home. You want a chance to read the law in New York, or do you want me to educate you on that? You and your kind need to learn, cause you seem to think you won’t get tickled in NY or CA. You thugs gonna FA,FO! 🤣🤣🤣🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

@Psychiatricnerd False. Not only can you SHOW a weapon to someone in Minnesota if they break into your home, you can show them the slugs. Have any of you read a SINGLE law on these false claims you are making?

@ A home is not a public space. You probably know that, so why mention it? What is your objective with that?

@ False. California has “castle doctrine”.
