My understanding is that they are most likely to focus on the New York properties first. They can take property in other states, but the simplicity of taking items in the state of New York makes them the likely first targets.

@starchild19743 I think there is, and the question is which property does he claim as his homestead. Because he fought for the last 8 years to keep his taxes from being released (unlike every other president and presidential candidate has done) I can't tell you which property he claimed. I predict that it was the property with the highest tax exposure.
