  1. I didn't comment the other day on the Troy/broken bolt segment, should have. I think your guidance on procedure was a good method in my opinion. I had a mentor in my early days and he was similar in his method of help. Also, i think for your shop to have the level of quality you have set, your employee needs to do things as you - a high level technician - have learned to do things. As shown in today's repairs, Troy is coming along very well in his learning. One day he will be another high level technician. Good job!
