  1. Great video Briggs. Perhaps Mississippi, or Tennessee could be on a ten safest list be not be in a wildfire. Mississippi needs a positive video, and perhaps Ned from Tennessee could send you a nice email, for a change. In all seriousness, Briggs, what about a top ten list of the ten safest states in relationship to natural disaster? Economics are always important, but I think about the chances of having to deal with a natural disaster where I retire. I am older, I want to move some where it is warmer, but that does not seem likely. I have never actually experienced a natural disaster in the state I grew up, or in the state I call home. I cant take the cold of winter much longer.
