  1. Great video! Rats/Mice don't creep me out until I see their tail. I live in a rural subdivision near a large city. No rats that I know of however, I had mice eat the insulation of the wires to my A/C unit while they built there nest inside the safety of the outside unit. It was a relatively inexpensive repair.
