  2. A fan shroud will help air flow.The thermostat on the carburator is electric & needs a sensor to turn the choke on.Hopefully it's just the spider gears that are welded & you can just change them out.All electrics should be switched off with the key.

I agree and on top of it why people put thousand lumen light bulbs in the vehicles to drive around town and blind everybody is beyond me I placed two fog lights down low in my grill so if I needed to see the road at night I called but I did not blind anybody and I call it using a little common courtesy and common Sense considering the other drivers on the road more people ought to try it

Ray was doing the best he could with what he had and it's obvious that the shop didn't even provide them with a welder the wild already had work good and I think considering the rest the exhaust system and the combination of various metals they did a great job really I'm impressed have a good night

  14. To be honest with you I've had my car in a few big shops that supposedly had real mechanics and have ended up with more problems and having to fix it myself I've gotten to the point where I don't want to take my car into any shop until I find a guy like Ray have a good day

  21. I live far from Florida but I would like to thank all the people that came to the rescue stepped up and helped everybody down in Florida that's what it's about people helping one another and a lot of people forgotten that but in order to survive as a race we've got to pull together

  22. I put a hoist in my garage for mowers.The float and needle seats are prone to dirt & will cause flooding

  23. I'd also be tempted to flush the condenser by the radiator cuz if one's clogged I bet it the other one is too and that will solve the problem

  39. I did the same thing on the light socket of my breezeway it was flickering and dimming and it turned out to be corrosion causing an electron flow put a new light socket in and now we have lights the lights are on and nobody's home hey have a good day bye

  40. I built a plant to make pizza pans thieves cut through the corrugated metal in the back of my building we didn't know how they got in until we moved the pile of boxes and found the hole thank goodness they only took a couple of wrenches and sockets have a good evening

  41. The battery was no good it probably take it over to parts store and let them do it for free I understand how people think but if they're willing to put the battery in let them have at it just make sure they tighten the terminals up right have a good day

  46. To be honest the gasket didn't seem to snap in very well I would have been tempted to put some sort of adhesive but I know Ray he don't like to use fluids and stuff unless he absolutely has to have a great day

I'm not a mechanic but I've been working on cars my whole life ever since I can drive because I click back in the old days I couldn't afford to have somebody fix my car and bottom line is that now that I'm a little older I don't mind taking it into the shop but do I have a sign on my head today that says I'm stupid I've been in the trades over 45 50 years and when somebody gives me some song and dance bag rates me to no one and that's why my car has reverse so I can back out and say see you later bye thank you it was a pleasure not doing business with you hey have a good day bye
