  2.  @Ami-Hirawa . I don’t live in the US. I enjoy trains, I support public transit. But I suggest you watch the Mustard Video on the SC maglev and you’ll see why it’s infeasible. At least what the current concept is. And I didn’t say fast trains are useless, but if faster means way lower capacity, less frequent and so on. The cost might very well outweigh the benefits.
