  2. Most cops aren’t rouge...some are.There are plenty of cops who would never think of doing something like this... There are also many cops that do an excellent job protecting civilians..

Then you should believe that not every officer (or most officers) are bad and rouge. I get that you have an experience but I refuse to believe that that accurately reflects every department and every officer in the US. Or most officers in your own words...
