Let's not forget Vice President Harris's Africa diplomacy tour, it's definitely a place to counter China and regain some American credibility, and being that she was so active over there, again, a new perspective on global priorities, Lagos is sometimes called Africa's Silicon Valley. (I think several other countries might dispute that)
