Russia requested an anonimous vote so that countries can vote truthfully withot being penalized by us ,,democracy". USA refused the vote. Why is that? it wouldnt go well for PR purposes wouldnt it? That 3/4 of Africa, Whole Latin America, And SE Asia as well middle east is with Russia?:) But Usa refused, so countries prefer to vote ,,not present". See India, China. Usa prefers to be lied to so they can dream in their fairytale, then truth be exposed.
