  1. If the US were to implement a 15 percent across the board flat tax it would indicate more than just a tax rate change. It would mean there was a change in the mentality of the people, and that this change in mentality had resulted in a substantial change in the government and bureaucracy (one that I would support wholeheartedly). So it would make me want to stay not just for the money, the money would actually be the least of it.
