The Americans have learned NOTHING placing sanctions on South Africa will simply deny access to Africa as a whole and those WOULD BE INVESTORS WILL HAVE MONEY BUT NOTHING TO BUY.....they tried this with Russia....they will try this with China.....they will try this against countries around the globe......and with each new sanction, they will get weaker and weaker.....until their almighty dollar is just a large pile of toilet paper, or fuel for a bonfire....lol.
