Zaluhzny was the scapegoat, because he is dead.......Budanov is also dead / Bolton / Nuuland.....were the masterminds, along with British / American / NATO / EU countries, who were supposed to be in constant surveilance 24/7.......and the little fact that there was a ......NATO MILITARY EXERCISE IN THE AREA AT THE TIME.....seem to have slipped some peoples minds......but the ....BIG, PART OF THIS COVER STORY, THAT IS NOT BEING EXPLAINED IS.......HOW SECURE IS WESTERN SECURITY?
