  3. Fun fact: No one outside the US actually cares about the revolutionary war. It’s not really taught at all. How much do people in the US think about Indian independence? It’s sort of like that. And no, I’m not British or from the UK.

  4. As someone from overseas I’d really like to hear about more Native American/First Nations figures. You probably get taught about them in school there, but we don’t hear as much about it.

  6. That Annoying Aussie Ginger! As another Australian I’d find that interesting as well. They’re probably not that well known outside of the Pacific former colonies. Like Washington and slavery obviously colonisation and taking land from indigenous peoples is deeply troubling. But the discussion would be interesting.
