  1. Both your Winters and Property Taxes are brutal. No Thanks. NH is one of the few states with higher Property Tax rates than my current home state of Texas.

  2.  @jimgriffin9924  To each his own Bro. I was born and raised in NJ. I also lived in Upstate NY. I haven't lived in the North in decades and will never go back. I was stationed in the desert in the military. Heat doesn't affect me. I love heat and hate cold. I haven't had to shovel snow in decades and that won't change. I also drive a high hp RWD ca5r that I have no intention of parking for part of the year. I go North to visit family members when the weather is warm, but I'll never move back there.

  3.  @jimgriffin9924  I was spoiled on great Italian food growing up in the NYC Metro area of NJ. I'm in the DFW Area of Texas and it's gotten better as more of my people moved here from the Northeast but my original home is still better. Along with friends and family, that's all I miss from there.

  5. I live in the Mid-Cities myself. Can you please elaborate why Harlingen is bad? I love SPI, so retiring near it would be cool I would think.

  7.  @jimgriffin9924  The last decade or so has gotten better with Italian food as a lot of Italians and Italian Americans moved down here and opened up restaurants.
