  1. Kelly Rick Koch john birch judges do not have impartiality. Gowdy is lying or he just doesn't know what he is talking about. What he is saying about justices is not what Thomas and others are giving. They are partisan and you can predict their decisions before they are made.

  2.  @farmerjohn6526  Democrats pick people that will listen to the arguments. Trump even admitted he only picked judges who want to over turn Roe vs Wade. Actually that is a losing action because ony 38% support doing away with Roe vs Wade.
