When Trump decided on his own to reimburse farmers with tax money to make up for the loss of business resulting from his tariffs on china, that is economic Marxist socialism, it was economic policy decided by a small group of people. If congress voted on the decision to reimburse farmers it is democratic socialism with many people involved in the process. The fewer the number of people involved in economic decisions the closer it is to the flawed Marxist socialism. Since Trump has no clue about international trade he should be reaching out to congress to help with his agricultural policy and he isn't.
