  5. Our Supreme Court is letting our country down. Can anyone explain why the supreme Court is afraid to rule if Trump committed insurrection and is not, according to the 14th amendment of the constitution, qualified to be on the ballot. Common sense tell you that it is an important enough issue to be taken up by the Supreme Court with priority prior to an important presidential election. The Supreme Court avoided acting on this important issue for 3 years and when they had the chance to rule on it during the Colorado case, they avoided the issue by changing the case to states rights. They never ruled if the Colorado courts had it right deciding that trump committed insurrection. I am sure Putin, who wants his puppet Trump reinstalled as president, loves how the Supreme court evaded the insurrection issue in the Colorado case. If this wasn’t bad enough, that the Supreme court evaded ruling if trump violated the 14th amendment, they are continuing to do a disservice by taking their time to decide if trump has immunity for his crimes while in office. The Supeme Court would rather we make a decision at the ballot box based on trumps lies and not by their required job to judge if he is qualified to be on the ballot and if he has presidential immunity for most of the indictments. I like to contrast this very serious abdication of judicial action to that of a person with a number of unpaid parking tickets. The police come to your home and take you to court and if you do not pay the fines you go to prison. They act immediately on the issue. Now look at how our Supreme Court is handling the serious issues facing this election with a past president committing insurrection and wanting to be allowed to commit any crime while in office. We are not even close to a resolution on either one. I think we need a million man march on Washington to demand that the Supreme Court do their job and act on both issues in a reasonable time span. 3 years is too long. My personal belief on this hesitancy of the Supreme Court is 6 members were appointed by John Birch Koch foundations and the John Birch Koch foundations are working in concert with Russia. David A.
