Obama put strong sanctions in and republicans aligned with Russia complained and tried to over turn them when Trump started homesteading. If you recall Trumps first day in office he tried to drop the 500 billion Exxon sanctions and even republicans would not go along with that. The question you need to answer is why are republicans so weak on Russia? And why do republicans hate having a strong president like Biden?
