@ Anthony Burke Just because you gave your nation up so willingly, what makes you think that those over here in the UK want to follow your example ? Talk about a full cycle. All that crying for independence for so many years counts for nothing all of a sudden doesn’t it ? The word hypocrites certainly is an appropriate word to call all of you.

And not only that all legally resident foreign nationals can also register to vote ( those who had arrived over here after the referendum ) which obviously means our population has grown which by many of them may have chosen the UK to join the EU in the said poll. The 17.4 would have been watered down given the probabilities, which was partially in design.

@ Mark C Oh, the mighty Eu to the rescue eh ? Wise wise, and we’ll end up paying for their budget in millions that will go to keeping the fledgling member states afloat.

@ Mark C Trade deals : exports never been higher since Jan 2022 Fishing : Has been depleted since for many years anyway as French fishermen have more or less monopolised the trade. Immigration? All of Europe the same, though we would have to leave the ECHR to get full control over our ‘boarders’ - lol 👍 NHS bloated. Too many chiefs and too little Indians (🗳 tickers)

@ Alan Smith Not paying millions into their budget which goes to helping keeping afloat all of their fledgling member states perhaps ? Not paying for all those legion’s of MEP’s of the EU’s perhaps ? Not paying for a failed project perhaps?
