  1. It sounds to me, that Manning is supporting hate crimes committed by certain police, or wait for it, hate crimes against those whom are not on the left. According to many attorneys, hate crime laws are discriminatory, and unconstitutional, because the laws protect one class over another, when justice is supposed to be blind and equally applied. More and more, the left are showing themselves to be the separatists and tyrannical dictators that they claim that they oppose. The Militia, the armed citizens of a state, was put into place just for this reason (ref: Tench Coxe, 1788-89).
